RideReceipt is a PDF receipt generator for ride-hailing drivers and car wash service operators. You can create professional ride receipts and car wash receipts directly on your device — no internet required for the core feature.

RideReceipt offers both free and Pro features. The free version lets you generate ride receipts. A Pro subscription unlocks:

• Remove the PDF footer branding
• Passenger signature field
• Receipt history
• Unlimited favorite addresses and car wash stores
• Additional car wash receipt credits

All pricing is displayed in the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel:

• Open Settings on your iPhone
• Tap your name → Subscriptions
• Select RideReceipt and tap Cancel Subscription

RideReceipt cannot directly cancel subscriptions managed by Apple.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page. RideReceipt cannot process refunds directly and cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved.

RideReceipt stores all receipt data locally on your device and does not upload it to our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or third parties.

Location data (used for nearby search and address autocomplete) is processed by Apple Maps / MapKit under Apple's privacy policy and is not uploaded to RideReceipt's servers.

No internet connection is needed for basic receipt creation. An internet connection is required for:

• Address autocomplete
• Nearby car wash store search (powered by Apple Maps)
• In-app purchases

Uninstalling RideReceipt removes most locally stored data from your device. However, PDF files you previously shared via email, messages, AirDrop, or cloud storage remain in those services and must be deleted separately.

We recommend exporting important receipts to a safe location before uninstalling.

RideReceipt is a PDF creation tool. Whether a generated receipt is accepted for expense reimbursement, accounting, tax filing, or other purposes depends on your company, platform, or local regulations. We do not guarantee that PDFs will be accepted for any specific use.

For Chinese users: PDFs generated by RideReceipt are not official tax invoices (发票) and cannot replace legally issued invoices.
