Ride receipt workflow
Use the ride receipt form for completed taxi, rideshare, airport transfer, private driver, and black car trips. Add route, fare, tip, tax, payment method, passenger details, notes, and optional signature only when needed.
Addresses and route details
Pickup and dropoff addresses can be searched, typed manually, saved without map lookup, or cleared if the receipt does not need an address.
Car wash receipt workflow
Use the car wash receipt form for real vehicle cleaning or detailing work. You can search for a merchant or enter merchant details manually.
PDF output and sharing
Generate a PDF after reviewing totals, currency, payment status, and visible fields. Use the iOS share sheet to save, print, send, or store the PDF.
Templates, language, and footer
Choose receipt templates and PDF language before exporting. Ride receipt footer controls apply only to ride receipt PDFs and do not appear on car wash receipts.
Signatures, history, and favorites
Passenger signatures, saved history, and favorites are designed for repeat receipt workflows and are available with Lifetime PRO.
PRO and credits
Ride receipts are unlimited for free users. Free users receive 3 car wash receipt generations. Lifetime PRO unlocks unlimited car wash receipts, passenger signatures, history, favorites, and ride PDF footer control.
Restore purchases
If PRO or credits do not appear after reinstalling or changing devices, open Settings in the app and use Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Privacy and local data
RideReceipt v1.03 does not require an account and does not upload receipt contents to our server. Unless you export or share a PDF, receipt data stays on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Why is a required field missing from my PDF?
Only filled or enabled fields appear in the PDF. Reopen the receipt, check the template and footer settings, then generate the PDF again.
Can I type addresses without map search?
Yes. For ride receipts, you can type pickup and dropoff addresses manually and save them without searching.
Can I clear pickup or dropoff addresses?
Yes. If you no longer need an address, clear the address field and save the receipt without running a map lookup.
Can free users edit car wash receipt numbers?
Yes. Car wash receipt numbers can be edited by all users.
Why does merchant information sometimes show Car Wash?
Car Wash is the default merchant name when no specific merchant has been entered yet. You can replace it with the actual business name before exporting.
Why is the passenger signature locked?
Passenger signatures are part of Lifetime PRO. The signature option is visible so you can find it before upgrading.
Is receipt history a PRO feature?
Yes. History is part of Lifetime PRO so frequent users can find, reopen, and reuse receipts more easily.
Does the car wash receipt use the global footer setting?
No. The footer setting only applies to ride receipt PDFs.
How do I change PDF language?
Choose the PDF language in the app before generating the receipt. The website also has separate pages for each supported language.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings in RideReceipt and tap Restore Purchases while using the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
What happens if I delete the app?
Receipt data is stored locally. Export or save important PDFs before deleting the app, resetting the device, or clearing local data.
How do I contact support?
Open the Contact page, copy the support address, and send your device model, iOS version, RideReceipt app version, receipt type, and screenshots when possible.
